Data you provide us with

If you do not supply us with the requested data, we may not be able to provide you with our full range of products and/or services. Where possible, we will inform you what data you are required to provide to us and what data is optional.

We do not and will not collect special or sensitive personal information about you or any data from sensors on your device.

For example, understanding how you order your transactions and the frequency of your transactions enables us to provide filter options to match your preferences directly in the user interface.

For example, we will analyze data about your visits to our product or access to our services to better optimize product design or increase the speed it takes for you to load your transactions.

• Provide personalized services, including technical support: Information will be used to customize our services for you, including to provide tailored technical support, training or consultancy services. Our services also include customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with our products or services. When you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
